Susan, having initially owned her own art galleries, joined the gift industry more than twenty years ago. Her excellent sales record resulted in promotion to National Sales Manager of an educational toy manufacturer. She moved into the mainstream Gift industry as a Regional Sales Manager for Evergreen and most recently Midwest-CBK.Her experience as a business owner and manager enables her to identify
with both vendors and

her sales team, providing empathic and knowledgeable support. Her enthusiasm and humor are infectious creating an enjoyable working environment for all with whom she is involved. Susan sets high standards for herself, leading by example; she builds a highly effective and cohesive team that works to exceed expectations.

Susan and her husband reside in the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina area along with three rescued Golden Retrievers.

TRACY PETTEE

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Tracy has worked in the Gift industry since 2004 where she began her career working with Ganz in field sales covering the Tampa Florida territory. She grew her business substantially and was quickly promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast. In 2012, Tracy moved to the Ganz National Accounts Team and was responsible for the successful and consistent growth of her account base.

Tracy resides in the Tampa, Florida area with her husband and son.

Leigh has worked in the Gift and Home industry for over 28 years with her time and expertise equally divided between the vendor and sales rep side of the business. Leigh has strong experience with small growing companies and loves helping young innovative businesses succeed. Leigh’s primary goal has always been to build strong collaborative relationships with reps, vendors and customers. Leigh’s background in

graphic design plays an invaluable role in contributing to vendor product development as well as visual merchandising results. Her desire to contribute to the success of the sales rep, coupled with a management style based on coaching is what makes Leigh stand out as General Manager with Simblist.
Leigh is based in Raleigh North Carolina.

Christy began her career in the Gift and Home industry as a sales rep in 2001. Christy’s eagerness to learn in her sales role along with her hard work and determination elevated her to Regional Sales Manager in 2007. Christy is known for the outstanding support she provides to her sales team and vendor relationships. Christy continues to build strong partnerships between customers, sales reps and vendors to maximize sales for Ivystone.

Christy is based in Kansas City, Missouri.

working with Gift, Tabletop, Stationery and Accessories vendors, equipping her with a broad range of skills and knowledge in the Gift and Home industry.

Julie joined the Ivystone Group with 17 years experience in the Gift and Home industry.  As a third generation home and décor professional, Julie’s passion for the industry is unmatched.  Her hard work and experience have helped her to excel as a top sales associate, as well as a successful sales leader.

Julie’s experience as a buyer, sales associate and sales manager gives her an exceptional understanding of the Gift and Home industry and allows her strong leadership skills to shine.  Throughout her career, she has been recognized with multiple sales and Excellence in Leadership awards.  Julie’s passion for the industry along and her expertise with multiple channels of sales and distribution allow her to inspire her sales team to grow and achieve sales goals.
